Jenny Daniell

Jenny Daniell has  over 20 years experience in the areas of family law, and with working with non-profits and community organizations. 

She received her mediation training in 1991, and has  completed advanced mediation seminars.

Attorney Daniell received her Collaborative Law training in 2002 and has since been practicing Collaborative Law in Western Massachusetts. 

She is the Chair of the Hampshire-Franklin County Collaborative Law Council , a member of the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council, and the Massachusetts  Council of Family Mediators. 

In 2004 she received an award from the American Civil Liberties Union  for her distinguished service to the community.
